Program Guide

The purpose of this guide is to provide eligible Camden City participants and their familieswith information about Camden Community Connections services. Camden Community Connections is a  program designed to provide services and support to at risk youth and youth offenders between 14-19, as an alternative to traditional juvenile justice and corrections program experiences. Camden Community Connections provides academic enhancement, individual and family counseling, community service work experiences, community service projects, work experience internships, part-time employment, and mentoring.Camden Community Connections represents a network of organizations, which aid in service delivery, monitoring and resources for the youth offender and their family. Unique to the Connection's network is the Involvement of faith-based organizations, as the anchors for the services provided

 Program Eligibility

Camden Community Connections accepts at risk youth and youth offenders (residing in Camden City   referred to the   program by the Camden County Family Court System, parents educational and religious   institutions. The referred applicants must then  successfully complete the eligibility process the program orientation and comply with the  program's requirements.
